The current ability of Multipac Systems is to manufacture and supply 3 diameters of Fibre Drum Packaging and 2 sizes of square IBC's (intermediate Bulk Container).

All of the diameters and square IBC's are supplied in height to suit customer requirements thus delivering maximum efficiencies, delivering cost savings and a hygienic reusable/recyclable packaging.

Example. For export of product in shipping containers, a 1000mm high (240lt) drum is recommended which will deliver a 20% efficiency improvement in capacity and cost saving.

This particular drum will also deliver savings in packaging, handling and storage requirement for domestic application.

The outside surface of the packaging has a P/E coating allowing for outside storage for extended periods. The drums, once filled and palletised can be stacked 4 high and the same applies to the IBC's.

A product compatible bladder or a liner is required inside the Multipac Systems Fibre Packaging. This can be supplied by Multipac Systems or purchased direct from Entapack; Dandenong, Victoria.

P/E COATED DRUMS

MULTIPAC PD200

The Multipac PD200 is a Fibre Drum with Polyethylene coating on the outside surface allowing for the drums to be stored outside for extended periods. The Multipac PD200 is supplied in a range of heights and capabilities to suit a wide range of capacities and applications. Once filled and palletised, the PD200 can be stacked 4 high.

The Multipac KD200 is a Fibre Drum with Kraft finish on the outside surface for applications in a dry environment. The Multipac KD200 is supplied in a range of heights and capabilities to suit the wide range of capacities and applications. Once filled and palletised the Multipac KD200 can be stacked 4 high.

FREEZER DRUMS

MULTIPAC FD200

The Multipac FD200 is a Fibre Drum which is Freezer and Refrigerated Shipping Container compatible. It is the only drum available, allowing 80 drums per Refrigerated Shipping Container. Subject to the application, the Multipac FD200 can be supplied with a one piece HDPE lid or a metal chimed top, lid and a metal locking band. Once filled and palletised the Multipac FD200 can be stacked 4 high.
